What We Do

Today’s men and women of The Pap Corps are passionately committed to raising funds in support of cancer research. Our more than 21,000 volunteers supportthe breakthrough research – on ALL TYPES of cancer − at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, South Florida’s only university-based cancer center.

How do they do this? The Corps has over 50 chapters that plan and execute fundraising activities. These include golf tournaments, variety shows, cruises, walkathons, tours, and many luncheons with card parties, to name a few! Each chapter’s executive board implements whatever events they feel will appeal to their members!

The results are phenomenal year after year. Since 1952, members, families and friends have raised tens of millions of dollars to fulfill their vision – to imagine and help create a world without cancer.
